It is said that life is made up of moments – times of wonderment that sharpen your senses and reinforce your vision and when your senses unite, you realise how fortunate you are to be in the moment, and recognise is for what it is – a window in time.  The rest of the world drifts away, worries melt and you are in bliss on the Amalfi Coast, embraced and nurtured by stunning people who take life  face on with love. ( Something I am learning to do more of) I had the extreme pleasure of being a guest at Mamma Agata’s cooking school on the Amalfi Coast and in gratitude to Chiara I have decided to blog about her book that she and her mother have written

My blog is not devoted to recipes alone as there are many blogs that specialise in recipes but I do like to share successful dishes.
