How about picking up some new meal ideas, especially with all the wonderful produce coming to market now?   Vegetarian cooking classes are held the second Tuesday of every month from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Cherokee Seventh-Day Adventist Church at 101 Rope Mill Road in Woodstock.

I only post recipes of my absolute favourite recipes that I thoroughly test and taste wonderful. My blog is not devoted to recipes alone as there are many blogs that specialise in recipes but I do like to share successful dishes. This one has the most interesting crunchy top, although the way I piled it up it is almost half the cake.

Make This: Hot Glue and Mod Podge Locket

Coat a piece of lace with Mod Podge. Position the lace over the top of a locket. (the lace should be slightly larger than the locket) Once dry, trim the edges of the lace to match the edges of the locket.

A basket of plant dyes on top of seta painted silk. In the basket: dandelion, daffodil, bracken, false indigo, tulip, forget me not, and day lily dyed velvet. I’ve been making myself paint on Mondays, more as a way to open myself up than to achieve perfection
